| Went to my first auction - and go figure it was a fish auction! I would say there were 200-300 people there. I only stayed 4 hours because I still had to travel 2 hours home and the roads aren't the nicest.
Lots of cichlids, Albino BN plecos, platys, etc. I think some of those plants were on steroids... 8 foot tall giant val... and some other monsters from the same source. I think the most expensive fish went for $85 - a cichlid, I forget what it was, but your regular LFS couldn't order it in. I got 6 endlers, emperor tetras, and a bunch of Neolamprologus Multifasciatus. Bidded on some other stuff, but it went too high for my tastes. |

| Wow $85 for a cichlid I wonder what it was. I know that the boston aquarium society has a fish auction every year and I have heard that there is always alot of great looking and hard to find fish. When you get a chance you should post pics |

| Didn't take my camera to the auction, and the fish are shy and still hiding. I will post pictures after a day or two when they have settled in and regained their color.
The aquarium club has one in March and one in October (or is it Sept?). I am looking forward to the next one! |
