Well it's time for me to say good bye to my Red Head
Shes picking on my JD and my GT to the point where the JD has a huge chunck taken out of his tail. Shes over 10" and her color is amazing! I'm asking for $25 but to me shes priceless
due to her size and time of year I'll only ship as far as PA unless someone is willing to pay the fee for airport to airport.
How I ship the fish;
First I double bag the water and then add Shrip right. Once the ship right has mixed I add the fish, before I tie the bag I unplug an airstone and slide the air tube down into the bag and let the air expand the bag. Once the bag is full of air I tie off the bag then use a rubber band to make sure that sucker is nice and tight! I place the fish into a styrafoam box and surround the bag with news paper to act as an insulator/padding so the fish isnt thrown around. Once the fish is secure I put the lid on teh box and use packing tape to seal it shut. That box goes inside of a cardboard box and then marked Fragile (no its not french and you didnt win a major award) and then its shipped over night via USPS, UPS, FEDEX or airport to airport. Due to the fact that I live in Maine and its the middle of February I'll be using 60hr heat packs.
