| i have a several pair and i feed them frozen bloodworms, brine shrimp and beefhearts .i do one water change a week and have mechanical filtration and a airstone with full gravel bottom and they thrive. i dont do anything special and have had them forever and a day just keep the water at a constant temp 88 for breeding and 84 for community.you shouldnt have any problems _________________ LIFE IS SHORT, LIVE IT LIKE THERE IS NO TOMMOROW!!!!

| Only once a week wc! I do 3 wc a week because I have alot of fish in there. Right now I have only 1 AC110 running because the other one is broken. I'm waiting on a new quick disconect for my XP3 so I can put that back on.
I feed mine Hikira freez dried bloodworms and Hikira discus food. My tank is temp runs at 84, I need to add an extra heater to bump it up to 88 if I want them to breed. |
