| They are trying to stir things up on their team so they can start getting into the playoffs again. Gruden was a descent coach but I wouldn't put him at the top of any lists. The Bucs started off good this year and then fell off at the end when their defense seemed to not be up to par. |

| I'm not sure...but I do know my Ravens are gonna win the Superbowl with a rookie coach and QB so change is not always bad.

I agree with you. i think the bucs should hire Jack Shahahan, or Bill Cowler as there head coach. GO BUCS IN 09! |

| You mean Mike Shanahan or Bill Cowher? Mike maybe but I believe Cowher won't be a coach in the NFL again. Not because he's not good but I don't think he is willing to come back after retirement. You never know though. |

| I never thought of that. Maybe they would like to see Dungy back in Tampa. I bet they wish now that they never let him go...with his 85-27 regular season record with the Colts and all. I doubt Dungy will be the coach either but you really never know what money can make someone do. |

I hope they do get tony Dungy as a head coach. Anybody will do anything for money. |
