    I had to rinse this sand out very well. It did contain quite a bit of silt and fines. This thread shows what it looked like when I was rinsing it out...29 tank setup

    The water was almost black the first few times I rinsed it out. Here's a pic of what my arm looked like after I pulled it out of the bucket the first time.

    You can see the line of the sediment stuck to my arm. It was so fine it was actually hard to get off my arm. Had to scrub with soap & water after.

    Use the forum link to Drs. Foster & Smith...they sell it and ship it. Then again I'm not sure if they ship to Canada??
