| I can't blame you. I'm getting psyched and it's not even my room. It will all be worth it in the end. |

| Finished...almost. Have to paint the door, install a bullnose corner piece when it comes in (the lumber store was out) on the trim on the corner of the recess in the wall, and run the plumbing (which will have to wait until I know we won't have any more freezing weather). I'll post completed pics and installation of the plumbing a coupla months down the road when I do that. In the meantime, it's ready for tanks, and they should be cycled and ready for stocking and water changes 'bout the time the plumbing goes in. Then (mid-December), and now: Cost was right 'bout $2700, but that includes the second breaker box in the basement and all the additional infrastructure associated with it. Talkin' to a coworker who used to be a licensed contractor, he said he wouldn't have tackled the job for leass than $8500. My next DIY project...stands. But that is another thread... Yup, just now, actually. Detroitfish brought up the possibility of a double vapor barrier allowing mold to grow between since the greenboard can't breath. Nothin' for it at this point. Just have to keep an eye on it and see what happens. Hopefully with a dehumidifier in there as well it'll be a none-issue.
Thanks for the compliments, guys.

| Yeah, Dawg. Four make-up soccer games last week on school nights and five this week. Snow, rain, sleet and hail on the weekends, and after pushing 3 years in storage now all my tanks have to be leak tested and scrubbed. That groundhog ain't worth a crap at predictin' weather, 'cuz it's been longer than six more weeks of winter. On a positive note, my wife's room is done other than the paintin' she's doin' and I'm startin' a stand today.

| That sounds about right for this time of year. Too busy with spring sports to get anything else done. I'm in the same boat. |
