| haha i cant beleive i did it considering ive been trying for years but i finally quit smoking  , havent smoked in 4 days and i feel pretty confident about it |

| Yep I quit smoking 6 years ago. Best thing I ever did considering I was smoking Cubans on top of three packs a day and chewing.....Good work keep on it!
