I went to my LFS today to pick up some food and I told my self that I was just getting food and not fish. I some how wandered over to the wall o tanks and started looking at all the fish. I came across these cute little Bolivian rams that were in a tank of hungry firemouths. My first instinct was to save these little fish but my brain kicked in and said no Robyn would be peved if you came home with more fish so I walked away. Wile I was looking at food I remembered that the past two weeks I been doing research on dwarf cichlids for an up and comming species profile I'm working on and the Bolivian ram get to be about 3". Now my brain was working on where can I house these fish and thought that I have a 20g high with 2 featherfin squeekers and a striped raph cat that just live under a rock pile. I could put them in there so I grabbed the food and had one of the employees get the two rams. I have learned over the years to do my homework before buying fish. I have lost a few fish due to incompatibly caused by me not researching the fish.

At first quick glance I thought you grabbed some goldfish. Yea, and mostly is right. Just admit it. You'll feel better.

My girlfriend thinks I'm a horder. If this was true I'd have all of my tanks stuffed with fish but I know when to stop.

I'm combining tanks a breaking down the empty ones. My plan is to move the entire contents of the 55 into the 65 gallon break that down, move my GT back into the 72g and break down the QT tank, trade in my guppies and break down the 10g planted tank. that leaves me with the 72g, 65g, 30g and 20g.

| Mike are they a Gold morph? I've only seen that in regular Rams. Please post an In-tank pic when you get a chance.

Yes an in tank pic would rock, nice pick ups by the way. New fish are always cool!! I know I have a problem, after buying something new I can stare at them for hours. It's neat to watch their behaviors.
