Will these two school together?

That kinda depends on what exactly ya mean as schooling. Shools of each in the same tank will intermingle and sometimes even follow each other around, but IME won't form one integrated school like pearl danios and zebra danios will. The speed and swimming behaviors/patterns of the two species are too different for the latter.

What is the scientific name for pearl danio? When I google it I get celestial pearl danio; they are so small, I can't image them schooling with zebras.

Pearl Danio: (Brachydanio Albolineatus)

Celestial Pearl Danio: Celestichthys Margaritatus
