I am doing 50% water changes very 2-3 days plants might like less but fish would like more...lol I'm not using soft water at all our PH in Calgary is right about neutral but our water is hard. I've bred Discus in the past to prove to my self i could but i'm not ready for the up keep on them or there young any more. I am watching for pairing up of my angels though. My Red Melons havealready tried to spawn in my tank or at least have picked a spot but no eggs....they wont hatch in hard water any way. thanks for all your nice comments and i'll keep everyone up-dated onthis tanks progression.
