| I'm sure Wyite would know more, but they're South or Central American catfish. Little, cute and mellow. Supposedly they can get to 3 or 4 inches and are not picky eaters. |

| Any idea which species? A lot of the former Loricaria species were reclassified in the genus Rineloricaria. Loricaria species can be distinguished from Rineloricaria species by the bristles on the mouth in juveniles, except I can't remember which genus has the bristles and which doesn't, so a lot of help that does. Have to check that one out. Generally speaking, anywhere from 3"-14", with Rineloricaria species occupying the lower range and Loricaria species occupying the upper range of that span. Behavior similar to most plecos. Peaceful, varied diet with plenty of veggies. Reasonably hardy, not so easy to spawn. WYite _________________ One can never have too many fish tanks.
