My rescue aro manages fine in a 200, but I suspect he's been stunted before he came here, so I know what they claim is the max for them, but not really sure what the average is.

Spiffy you have a 450 too tho. Smile

How do you have SDs with plants? nice set-up, if u replaced the Tiger Barbs with a medium Tetra, and added couple more medium cichlids, perfect set-up.
