A chiller, you can try a fan blowing across the top of the water or frozen water bottles.

I hear ya on the AC bill. It has been 95 f. here last 5 days with real feel of 110-115.f

I dont have ac lol, looking into a room cooler one though

It ended up hitting 102F here during this recent heat wave. I had to use the ol' AC too.
