I've had this idea in mind for awhile, but I think I'm finally going to do it. Unfortunately, it's not as fun as setting up a tank myself.

It's a big project though, and I'm not sure how long it'll take or if I'll be successful.
I wanted to basically create a cheat sheet for myself, but one I could learn from, in regards to fish my store sells, and especially common fish you would find in any pet store. I want tank size, requirements, full size, temperament, compatible tankmates, breeding, and any other important information.
Right now, tank size recommendations have been pretty easy for me. At work, we have our fish split into categories ("Goldfish over here, tropical community over there.") but I usually will say things like, "You will do better sticking to the groups we have, but even then there are a few exceptions" (like black skirts with fish that have long flowing fins, or guppies with bettas, or tiger barbs with angels, etc). But it would be nice to have good information about all the fish. My store, btw, has quite a selection. In this area, we have the best variety. There's 120 tanks.
I'm also hoping to do the cheat sheet for fish diseases, abnormalities, injuries, disorders, etc.
Anyways, my whole reason for mentioning this was in case anyone felt like they would really like to help me.

If you think about it, if you help me and then I help the customers, you help quite a few people.

(I do have to admit, this forum has already helped many customers). If you're interested, let me know.
