| Well today I was about to go to class till my mom told me that my albino cat fish got bitten on its side. Hes not eating like a pig anymore, hes not swimming around like he use to but he does swim, and he chills. What do I do? Should I leave him in the tank or should I put him in 10gal tank but I have no filter or heater. |

| What's in with it?
Does it have a visible wound?
My experience with cats is that they sit and chill when they're full. |

| It means your tank might be over crowded and fish are fighting. _________________ "There he goes - one of God's own prototypes - a high powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die".

| Hrm. Tail looks like an eel? Is it a dewfish? Tandanus tandanus?

First, I'd order/pick up a heater for that 10g as a just in case.
If the cat keeps getting picked on, you could first try some sort of smallish pvc tube and to rearange some of the tank decor. It may just be a territory issue. You didn't mention the size of the cat, but if it does keep getting picked on, your best bet would be to move it into the 10 provided it fits oke.
The other thing to do would be to try and watch to see just who's being aggressive. You said, convicts and JDs (both plural) so, something may be trying to pair up *cough*convicts*cough* and is cracking a can of whoopass on anything that gets too close. |

| Maybe? Check the tank decor for something sharp or rough just in case. |
