Oh, you meant in my aquarium. Corys, angels, GBR's, plecos, guppies, swords, goldfish, koi, loaches, mollies, discus, apistos, most tetras, some barbs...how about a list of the ones that I don't like. It would only be ones that I don't have...yet.

    How 'boot them curlers eh?
We won't discuss hockey, but I seriously started watching the curling and laughing at how silly and goofy the whole premise was. I'm crackin' Canadian jokes and cuttin' up having a good ole time. Funny thing though...an hour later I'm still watching curling...and then I was actually pissed when they cut to some snow boarding junk. Hey! Where'd the curling go?

Insidious little sport ya have there. Kinda glad you guys won the hockey game though. Would've been a shame to see the whole country in mourning. Wink

We would have had them all killed if they lost it again. Both the hockey players and the curlers.

    WYite,
It's not a sense of humor, it's some sort of strange autonomic reflex, like farting...but this passes through vocal chords or my fingers instead of...well, you know. I figured this out not long after my blissful union to wife number last. Thanks to her superior intellect and divinely inspired guidance, it was determined that I spend an inordinate amount of time talking out of my ah...well Like I said before...you know.

    Fetchin' Gretchen,
You'll have to pardon the wildly esoteric references that I thrive on. It's like my own little mental game of 6 degrees of separation; "Welcome to the group" - references the greeting received at that commitment hearing / court ordered therapy thing, (mom tried to have me put away for attempting to synthesize lysergic acid diethylamide-25 when I was 13 years old), junior chemist activities rooted in interest in psychoactive drugs after stealing a copy of Abbie Hoffman's Steal This Book - which was right next to Thomas Wolfe's The Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test at the book store, so I stole it too. Wolfe's book chronicled the beginnings of the psychedelic movement during the 60's and the exploits of another great American author Ken Kesey (One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, Sometimes a Great Notion, et al) and his friends who called themselves the Merry Pranksters (and whose LSD imbued bus trip in Furthur - the name of the bus - across country spawned the later idea for the Partridge Family sitcom bus...but I digress). One of the Pranksters had a girlfriend on the bus who was nicknamed 'Fetchin Gretchen' who was pretty hot. Redeck Woman - sung by Gretchen Wilson, another 'Fetchin' Gretchen' . Sorry, I just changed your nickname...

The funny part is that my mind works that way. The scary part is that I only made up part of it (guess which part). Probably a frustrated fiction writer buried deep within my sub-concious. Wink

The funny part's relative. I often crack myself up...you know like the crazy schizophrenics ya see wandering the city talking to themselves and laughing hysterically, but my wife and kids never seem to find me all that amusing.

As for the intell part, again my wife seems convinced that I'm an idiot...
I know this because she is constantly reminding me of it. I believe it's her calling in life.

    Very Happy

Welcome worknfool! Good to see someone older than me here! :muah:

Fascinating how the mind works! Keep up the mental calisthenics....this world is sorely lacking in active brains anymore! Sad Hmmm...isn't it interesting that those with old fashioned "real hobbies" tend to be a bit more "alert" than the rest of the population!

Very nice fish list...looking forward to some pics! Very Happy
