| Well I am hoping to have Jag fry by the weekend or next week....They have dug pretty much the entire tank out in the last few days and have been rubbing each other and swimming together...The female has picked a piece of driftwood she has been rubbing on...there is no doubt her belly is full of eggs. I moved the Silver Dollars because the male was reaping havoc on them and the Pleco also got moved...I am hoping with the entire tank to themselves they produce some offspring. I guess if they do I will need some more filters and will have to set up the 20g for a fry tank. Fingers crossed they have fry...in the past one or the other is ready while the other is not...this time they both seem ready and they have destroyed the tank more than ever with several pits. _________________ "There he goes - one of God's own prototypes - a high powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. | fingers crossed for ya. What kind of filtration do you have on the tank? If you have HOB or canisters, make sure you cover the intake so it doesn't suck up the fry. I use media bags tied on. |

| Well, not sure if she knows how to do it anymore. As she was laying the eggs she would eat them. The male kept coming over to do his thing though, they seem peaceful today. I guess I will have to wait a few more weeks and see if they get going on this again. _________________ "There he goes - one of God's own prototypes - a high powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. | Man, sucks. They are new at though. Give them some time. Took my HRP pair 4 tries to get it right. Waiting for 5th spawn which looks to come in atleast week. Maybe fry will make it to free swimming. |

| Bummer, but she'll figure it out. My first experience with angelfish was the same way. Had the female, she laid eggs numerous times. Finally found a male and she ate the eggs the first coupla spawns before I actually had fry hatch.
