| It's great to have you...I know what it's like having people not understand the whole aquarium thing. I'm sure you'll feel right at home here. There are several cichlid fans here including myself. What cichlids do you keep? |

| Well at the moment 2 green texans , one about 6 or 7 " bout 9 months old , one half that size , three escondido cichlids ,similar to the greens but much bluer, little smaller and younger ,a baby flowerhorn , (got ripped off on 5 fry by a local guy here in town, paid high dollar for med grade or so ),in a 125 gallon with 2 emp 400s 1-350 penguin bio-wheel , two large sponge filters and one xp-3 rena canister my next tank another 125 has two flowerhorns , a really nice one I happened to find at the local fish shop , as a baby, now about 8" and a smaller female from said guy above with a rena xp-3 canister , 3 powerheads 150gal.hour each running undergravels and a penguin 350 , then the next tank a 55 with one of the baby flower horns , best of the five, with a emp 400 and a penguin 350 on it. two 20s with baby fh's in them, I will most likely give away 4 of the fh' babys , keeping one to grow out and my big boy red dragon, currently built a 75 gal stand for a new tank to house the escondidoes as soon as the polyurethane drys some more; making a wet dry filter to go with it out of a 29 gal. tank whew! thats about it |
