| Abby, an Australian shepherd. She's a love bug, won't leave my side or my youngest daughter's. She's not been treated well and is very skittish, bruises and marks all over from other dogs and her last two owners... I had to walk out when we picked her up and the guy who had her started talkin' 'bout "disciplining" her. He just "whapped" her a few times, ya know, nothin' excessive... She was huddled in the corner quiverin', I called her, she walked clear around the edge of the garage to stay away from him, came over to me and walked right out of that garage by my side while I let my wife finish the details. She jumped in the van like she belonged when I opened the door. We waited in the van for Mrs. WYite to finish up the details, I have a soft spot for animals and I was thinkin' somebody else needed a bit of "disciplining". If I raise my voice at all, she drops to the floor and presents her belly, shakin', and loud noises send her lookin' for shelter. Our Pomeranian isn't thrilled 'bout sharin, but he'll get used to it, and the cats, well, they're cats. WYite _________________ One can never have too many fish tanks.

There, fixed that for ya, MC.
Hurray Wyite. If you were closer I'd sneak ya some congratulatory creme eggs. With the way you took that picture I was afraid you were going to say the dog only had 3 legs and was amazed you didn't kick dude square in the nuts. |
