| Hiya MC, Would these Bristlenose Plecos be fine in my 55g w/the Dempseys? The JD's are 4 1/2" & under, I have 4 in the tank right now but looking to get rid of 2 ... am keeping the ones that are paired already. Also, what would shipping be to 61315? May be interested in the Oscar & Firemouth as well. Thanks a bundle |

| The Bristle nose are still pretty small...I would think they may be too small for tat tank...Express mail would run about 35-40 bucks likely for the Oscar and FM. _________________ "There he goes - one of God's own prototypes - a high powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. | Well as much of a PITA it is to move all the fish and tanks I have decided to keep my fish...I will still sell the FM if you are interested harlie-honey! I may sell some of the other African species if anyone is interested. _________________ "There he goes - one of God's own prototypes - a high powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. | Well I would love to have had the FM & daughter was interested in the Oscar but unfortunately I can't right now anyway. Guess I shouldn't say unfortunately ... because my JD's just laid eggs! I don't want to add anything new until they are hatched & free swimming for a while. Got probably 150 eggs or so. LFS where I got them from said that JD's won't spawn until they are 6 - 7", the biggest one, male I presume, is only 4 1/2" or so & the smaller one is only 3 1/2". I have been noticing that they were very dark colored, almost black, were digging in the sand & moving some of the plants to make a nest. I had a feeling that was what they were doing! I guess I shouldn't listen to other people & just go by my gut feelings!!! In a couple months or so I will definately be interested in some new additions though. Thanks MC!!! |

| Yeah, JD's will pair up and start spawning at 3.5-4 inches for sure. _________________ "There he goes - one of God's own prototypes - a high powered mutant of some kind never even considered for mass production. Too weird to live, and too rare to die".

Furniture with water is a waterbed. Ya can't sleep in it, ya can't sit in it and ya can't set a lamp on it, so an aquarium isn't furniture. It's an appliance.
