Very purdy! Amazing what effect lighting can have on how our fish look!

It's hard to get a picture of him all spread out. He was very small when I got him and to tell the truth he hasn't grown much. He eats like he is is starved to death!(he isn't)lol He is starting to get black tips on his fins and the spots on him are becoming more defined. His tank sets right beside the front door. The sun creeps in during the evening at an angle. He loves to bask in the sunlight. It doesn't seem to be causing an algae problem so I don't have a problem with it.

What are you doing with my fish? No seriously, I just bred a boy who looks just like that! Weird! I took your advice, now I am here. Smile

Yeah, that female is one year old now. She is F2 or F3 (I'm too lazy to look it up right now). Her kids are looking even better than the mother. Her tank mate jumped fence and tore her up pretty bad. She needs some major healing before I can do my first son to mom cross.

Wesley, i'm glad you're here!!! He's the only betta I have at the moment. I wish he would let me take a better picture of him. He is a real handsome fellow.
