For those of ya who've listened to my frustrated rants in chat the last few weeks, well, our efficiency in the Maintenence Department has gone from 32% to 68% in the six weeks I've been on special assignment. I'm pretty much back to my own job with "overseer" responsibilities to ensure we continue down the right path and hit the 80% we're targeting. Thanks for all your patience!
