| Great looking hatchet group! Have you ever seen the marbled hatchet? Haven't seen them in my area for a couple years at least now, they are a cool fish also. |

Thanks and No they are true top dwellers stay at the top to top middle all the time. They like to jump out when I feed them at least once a week one or two jump out.

Thanks for the thought, Mike, always nice to have an extra set of eyes helping you look for a fish, but I currently would have no where to put them. |

| I've got marble hatches in a planted tank. They like the mid-level best when the lights are on but come up a bit when the lights are off. In the dark they seem to skim around just below the surface. Naturally the head for the bottom when I'm doing weekly maintenance.
I'm concerned that they aren't getting as much food as they should by feeding them flakes. Worms, live or frozen sink past them so they usually get only flakes. Any ideas?
