I'm not even gonna predict when anymore. I was gonna have the fish room done by Jan. 5, LOL.

Work scope for both rooms and the hall. Let's see, week and a half for muddin' and tapin', better say two weeks. One weekend to texture when my buddy Big Mike can help (Mrs. WYite doesn't let me texture, she says I texture in Braille, so Big Mike's gonna texture and I'm gonna help him wire his cabin). Week for the tile. Oh, yeah painting in there between texturing and tiling. Probably set-up a tank or two and get 'em cycling, then put the floor in the other room. That's assumin' work doesn't get any more hectic than it was this week. A month. Maybe less, maybe more for a tank or two. Then I'm gonna build shelves for everything 'cept the 180 and 225, so tanks will start mosyin' in as I get shelves built.

Oh yeah, forgot the wainscoting in the other room. If I don't make even progress betwen my room and her room gonna piss the Mrs. off, so I'll have to work that in there somehow as well.

Latest and greatest. Taped and first two coats of mud done. Sand the second tomorrow evening, start third coat of mud Tuesday, maybe. Quit early today so I could watch the game. otherwise the sanding would be done..

Gettin' antsy, big time...

Why the twisted grin? That's actually Phase 3 of my aquarium project. Phase 2 is the wind generator to cut electrical costs, hopefully within 2 years. I'll actually start on Phase 3 when the opportunity presents itself, a 60' x 36' building. Well, I'll have to build the buiding sooner, 'cuz that's where the sheep are going for 4-H. Probly have to take a loan out for that. But when the youngest graduates, I'll have no more use for it as a barn, so then the tank. 8' deep. "E" shaped. The main section 52' x 13', with each arm 12' x 12'. Glass in the recesses of the "E" for viewing. RTCs, paraibas, alligator gar and flathead cats would be the attraction fish. Figger I have 'bout ten years to design, plan and save for the tank portion. That's the goal right now, I might end up revising it over time.

LOL...baby steps, baby steps. I know. Fish room first. But I can't work on the room 24/7, so I end up with the occasional gap of time to plan... And it's always good to have dreams and long-range plans.
